    To make the application work, you need to purchase a connector package. The connector package includes a certain number of messages that operators can send from the Creatio interface within 360 calendar days from the date of purchase. All incoming messages are free. By purchasing a package, the client gets an unlimited access to all functionality of the solution without any restrictions. At the end of your limit, our manager will contact you with an offer to purchase an additional package to continue using the connector.

    By installing or downloading the App, you confirm that you agree with sharing your account data (name, email, phone, company and country) with the App Developer as their End User.

    The App Developer will process your data under their privacy policy.

    Guides and manuals

    1. Request credentials.

    Contact us by sending an email to info@it-forge.sk, or using the feedback form on the dialong.net website. In the message, indicate the name of the company you represent and your contact data. We will send you a username and a password that you need to connect.

    2. Fill in the system settings in Creatio.

    Go to "System Designer" > "System Settings", fill the system settings "ItfUserName" and "ItfUserSecret" with the received login and password.

    3. Register the necessary communication channels and add operators.

    Go to the "Chats" section > click the "Chat Settings" button. On the "Operators" tab, add operators by linking them to contacts in your system. On the "Channels" tab, add the channels in which communication should take place.
